Mindful Rest Club
Rest is radical.
Join this monthly mindful rest class that weaves in gentle yoga, mindfulness practices, restorative postures and culminates in a soothing crystal bowl sound bath. This combination of modalities is intended to restore nervous system health, re-establish balance and renew our spirit.
Each session will have a theme and will be recorded. Recordings will be sent within 24 hours and will be available to view for 7 days.
Practice in the comfort of your own home and give yourself the nourishing gift of mindful rest.
Open to everyone.

Yoga is for everyone. However, when online it is up to the individual to assess whether they are ready for the class that they have chosen. If you suffer from a specific injury or are managing a condition it is your responsibility to consider whether or not this practice is right for you.
