Self-compassion is a gentle yet powerful practice—a healing balm that helps soothe our inner critic, calm the nervous system, and awaken our innate capacity for care. Just as a child softens in the presence of loving arms, we too can find refuge when we meet ourselves with kindness in moments of struggle or self-doubt.

In this nurturing workshop, we will weave together breath awareness, soothing touch, restorative yoga, and a guided mindful self-compassion meditation to support emotional balance and strengthen inner resilience. We’ll close with an extended savasana, bathed in the vibrational healing of crystal singing bowls—inviting deep rest, renewal, and nourishment for the body, mind, and heart.
