Mindful Rest: Restorative Yoga & Sound
Saturday 20th June 2-3:30pm
This gentle 90-minute workshop offers a spacious, supportive experience that weaves together restorative yoga, mindful awareness, and soothing sound. Participants will be guided through a small number of fully supported, accessible postures, simple breath awareness, and moments of quiet reflection, before settling into a nourishing crystal bowl sound bath.
The session is designed to gently invite the nervous system toward a state of safety, ease, and settling — supporting the body’s natural capacity for restoration and balance. Rather than striving or fixing, we practise listening, softening, and allowing.
