This five-week spring series offers a nourishing space to soften, rest, and reawaken in rhythm with the season. Through immersive sound journeys, alongside explorations of gentle movement, restorative yoga, and mindfulness across the series, each session supports release, replenishment, and quiet renewal. Moving without urgency or effort, we create the conditions for energy, clarity, and inner vitality to emerge naturally, in their own time.
