Wellbeing Coaching

Wellbeing is not a destination, but a way of being.

It’s part of our nature to want to feel whole, connected, and well. True wellbeing isn’t just the absence of illness; it’s a sense of inner steadiness, self-trust, and the ability to meet life with presence.

Through conscious awareness, gentle reflection, and intentional practices, we can reconnect with what supports us—so we can live with greater clarity, purpose, and ease.

Meeting You Where You Are

As an integrative wellbeing coach, I offer a holistic and compassionate approach that honours your lived experience—wherever you are on your journey. Whether you’re navigating the transitions of fertility, pregnancy, or early motherhood, or simply seeking more balance and alignment in your daily life, our work together is grounded in care, collaboration, and trust.

This is a space where your values, strengths, and goals take centre stage. Together, we’ll explore what wellbeing means to you, build self-awareness, and identify supportive practices that help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

My role is to hold space and walk alongside you—encouraging growth, resilience, and self-trust, especially in systems and spaces where your experiences may not always be fully seen or heard.

What is Wellbeing Coaching?

Integrative wellbeing coaching is a collaborative and person-centred process that draws on a range of tools and wisdom traditions to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Drawing on over 15 years of experience, I blend evidence-based coaching with practices like yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork to create space for embodied insight and meaningful change.

Together, we focus on your unique needs, values, and goals—empowering you to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-awareness.

Sessions are 60 minutes and take place online via Zoom.

Who is this for?

Wellbeing coaching can support anyone ready to deepen their connection to themselves and live with more balance and intention. Many clients come to coaching during times of transition, such as fertility challenges, pregnancy, early motherhood, or other life changes that call for new ways of coping and self-care.

This work is also well-suited for those who want to reduce stress and overwhelm, build self-awareness, and develop practical tools to navigate anxiety or burnout. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and experiences, including those who identify as BIPOC, and hold space for stories that may not always be seen in traditional wellness spaces.

If you’re looking for a compassionate, integrative approach that honours your whole self, coaching can be a powerful step on your journey.
