What to expect from my classes...

Through developing breath awareness and attention to safe and healthy alignment, you will learn to work-in rather than work-out. Students are encouraged to let go of self-judgement and explore their own unique experience of being in the body. Learn to soften in, to experience a sense of integration and align mind, body and heart.

Yoga/Hatha Yoga
Yoga practice which focuses on alignment of physical postures and breath awareness to integrate mind and body.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga helps the body and mind to reset and rejuvenate shifting the nervous system back into balance. Supports better sleep and helps manage stress.

tuition/Coaching

Private tuition or coaching is available for those looking for a more in-depth tailored approach to their yoga and/or mindfulness practice. Sessions take place at your home or on Zoom.

I also offer Personal Training to clients seeking weight-loss, nutritional advice and strength building, which all compliment a regular yoga practice.
