My Story

A Practice That Found Me

My journey with yoga began during my final year at university. I was looking for something to help me manage the stress and anxiety I was experiencing while completing my Master’s. I didn’t realise it then, but that first class sparked a lifelong practice—one that continues to support me in staying grounded, present, and connected.

Over time, yoga became more than just a way to cope. It taught me how to slow down, soften self-judgement, and meet myself with compassion. When the pace of life feels overwhelming or my anxiety kicks in, my practice helps me come back to my breath—and to a sense of clarity and calm.

Motherhood & Mental Health

More recently, becoming a mother reshaped my relationship to wellbeing. The emotional and mental challenges I faced during pregnancy and early motherhood opened a new dimension of my work—deepening my commitment to holding space for others, especially women, during life’s big transitions.

These experiences taught me just how vital it is to feel supported and seen, and they continue to inform the way I facilitate space—with tenderness, care, and deep listening.

My Approach

My work blends professional training with lived experience and cultural perspective. With mixed Colombian and Mexican heritage, I draw on ancestral wisdom, embodied awareness, and intuitive practices. This approach invites a gentle turning inward—toward the parts of ourselves we may have forgotten, but that have always been there, waiting to be heard.

My offerings include yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and sound healing. I create spaces that are trauma-informed, inclusive, and culturally aware—places where people can reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and their inner sense of belonging.

A Commitment to Inclusion

Alongside this work, I’m also committed to equity and inclusion within the wellness space. I believe in co-creating environments where all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences are welcomed and respected—because wellbeing should be accessible to everyone.

Returning to Ourselves

Whether I’m guiding a class, holding a one-to-one session, or facilitating a circle, my intention is always the same: to help others reconnect with themselves in meaningful, compassionate ways—so they can feel at home in their bodies, and in their lives.
