Introduction to Mindfulness Course:

Audio Meditations

These audio meditations are part of your home practice to be completed during the week in between sessions.

You are strongly encouraged to practice between sessions as this is where you will develop your mindfulness skills. Please ensure you make this a priority during the week and set out time to complete daily.   

When completing the home practice please only listen to the same meditation for that given week. This is so that you can develop your mindfulness skills.
