Coming ‘Home’

Yoga is a practice of awakening to our highest truth; that we are whole beings, intrinsically well-made and a part of the endless dance of life’s unfolding. It is the path of self-exploration and self-realisation that allows us to connect to our inherent nature as living beings.  

The practice of yoga invites us to feel, explore and connect, through developing breath awareness, coupled with mindful movement. As we delve into the nature of embodied awareness we are able to let go of judgement and to soften in.  

Mindfulness is the practice of living fully in the present moment. The practice of mindfulness cultivates self-compassion, acceptance and kindness towards oneself and others.

Together, Yoga and Mindfulness offers us a space to integrate mind, body and spirit so that we can come back ‘home’.
